We’re looking for quality drum & bass DJs to join the Different Drumz family and host regular live broadcasts on Different Drumz Radio.

A Little About Us…

We’ve been running for over 16 years now—radio, events, podcasts, record label—and everything we do is built around sharing the love for quality drum and bass and jungle. We’ve built a strong listener and visitor base over the years, we’re on all major online radio listings and Alexa, and most of our artists have been involved in the scene since the early days.

We’ve worked with artists like Command Strange, Hybrid Minds, Duoscience, Random Movement, Break, Silence Groove, Scott Allen, Furney and RoyGreen & Protone, as well as helping push artists like SoulTec, Low:r, Macca, Lurch, Greekboy and Jay Dubz into the well-known artists they are today. We’ve also worked closely with labels such as Fokuz Recordings, Smooth N Groove, Soul Deep, Celsius, DNBB and Kriterion.

We love all styles of drum & bass, but we specialise in liquid, deep, atmospheric, soulful, minimal drum & bass and jungle—generally anything other than screechy, wobbly jump-up. No ads, no distractions—just quality music and DJs from around the world sharing the love.

What We Offer Our Artists…

As part of the Different Drumz family, our artists receive their own regular 2-hour radio show (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly), full artist profile on the website, and their sets pushed across our website, radio archives, SoundCloud pages, socials and free downloads. All recorded shows are archived and added to the website to stream and download, helping you build a consistent presence.

You’ll also get added to our label promo list, giving you access to forthcoming Different Drumz Recordings releases before they drop, plus access to the private DJ area of the forum with jingles, broadcasting software and setup guides to get you up and running.

There’s also full freedom to get as involved as you like—whether that’s just doing your shows or getting involved with socials, events, podcasts, bringing in new artists and more—while being part of a team of DJs, producers and artists all on the same page.

We are a non-profit platform, and everything we do is for the love. We simply ask for a small £10 monthly contribution from DJs to help cover essential running costs like hosting and servers and keep everything running and ad-free.
